The contact form Name field no longer appears in the email I receive when a contact form is submitted from my website. Is this fixable? |

Our Locality |
We’ve been looking at this. We ran some tests and couldn’t find a problem the software itself (it works fine on similar setups). It appears to be a configuration problem / conflict peculiar to our setup. More investigations are required, and we’ll post back when it is fixed. Hopefully most people that contact you using the form will give their name again when they sign off. |
