1. Make sure your request relates to an ourlocality website
2. One question at a time, unless very closely related
3. Detail your question fully. If something doesn’t appear to work as expected, state clearly and as accurately as you can what you did (all the steps), what happened (and any error messages), and what you actually expected. It sometimes helps to know what operating system you are using (PC, Mac or Linux based) and the browser and version number.
