We have found that email based support is popular. But email does have limitations … so we’ve broadened the options available
NB. Email support is on a best efforts basis between 10am-4pm. On weekends, high days or holidays at discretion. You'll generally never have to wait more than 24 hours for a reply. Email support and platform maintenance is provided pro bono by get the point ltd.

This helper is useful if you don’t mind signing up to chatGPT, and it will give more targeted responses as we have trained it to answer questions specifically to our setup
This is good for more advanced users, who can articulate a fullish explanation of their problem and have a chagpt account - a free one will suffice.
